A card will be left to tell you how to arrange delivery or collection. If you are out when your order is delivered and you have not stated a Safe Place your order will be taken to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. A safe place can be your shed, porch, garage or with a neighbour or other Safe Place. This is very useful if you are going to be out when your order is delivered.
When using our First Class 2-3 Day Delivery Service the Additional Comments Box can also be used to tell us if you would like to have your order dropped off in a Safe Place. You can do this by telling us in the Additional Comments Box when you place your order. You do have the option of informing us Not To Send your order if an item is Out Of Stock. Please note that if a product(s) is Out Of Stock you will be refunded immediately for the missing product(s). If we can only supply part of your order we will dispatch the product(s) that are available and you will be notified of this when you receive your order. If we cannot supply any of your order we will notify you via e-mail.
Our website is not real-time compliant so sometimes items may be Out Of Stock! The website is updated every day so if you are not sure of the availability of an item please e-mail us at only ship orders to UK addresses.
All orders are delivered by the relevant courier Monday to Friday as long as this is a working day. Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday and orders placed over Weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. All delivery services are subject to stock availability and orders being received before 1pm Monday to Friday (as long as this is a working day).
